In February 2016 Professor Andrea Istenic Starcic from the Faculty of education, University of Primorska, and the Faculty of civic geodetic engineering, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) will give lectures and workshops within the international academic exchange program. Her research interests include informational and communicational technologies, social interaction, individual and social aspects of professional identity and teacher training. Prof. Starcic is the editorial board member of BJET (British Journal on Educational Technologies), TOJET (The Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology), IJAC (International journal of advanced corporate learning), and International journal: emerging technologies in learning. Prof. Starcic was also the coordinator of several national and European projects. She will become a visiting professor at the Institute of psychology and education on bachelor degree programs “Teacher education”.
