A month before the start of the V International Forum on Pedagogical Education, good news arrived at Kazan University: the materials of the IV Forum, published in the journal European Proceedings of Social Sciences and Behavioral Sciences, were indexed in the Web of Science database.
“The conference materials published in journals are indexed selectively,” explained Roza Valeyeva, deputy director for international activities at the KFU IPO. – And the fact that the articles of the last three Forums (II, III, IV), which were selected for the conference and published in international journals, were indexed by the Web of Science scientometric database, testifies to the high status and influence of the International Forum on Teacher Education on community.
The special issue of the European Proceedings of Social and Behavioral Sciences magazine includes 115 articles by participants of the IV Forum, 75 of them were written by scientists at Kazan University. Another 58 articles were included in the special issue of Astra Salvensis magazine and verified in the Scopus database. More than 20 articles were accepted for publication in the journal KFU “Education and Self-Development”, which is included in the Scopus database.
The materials of the V International Forum on Teacher Education IFTE are also planned to be published in the journal European Proceedings of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Recall, from May 29 to 31, scientists from all over the world will come to Kazan for the fifth time to discuss topical issues of teacher training in Russia and abroad.
Representatives of the universities of Oxford, Harvard, Portugal, Dresden, Glasgow, Miami, Arizona, Ireland, Sweden, Texas, Canada and other prestigious universities will speak as speakers at the 5th International Forum on the Development of Teacher’s Professional Competences: Key Issues and Values. of the world’s top 100 universities according to the QS rankings.
The International Forum on Teacher Education IFTE is held to study the trends and characteristics of the modernization of teacher education in Russia; analysis and synthesis of theoretical and practical, traditional and innovative approaches to the modernization of teacher education. During the Forum, three international scientific and practical conferences will be held: “Continuous pedagogical education: new concepts and technologies”, “Young teacher: adaptation and professional development,“ Research-oriented pedagogical education ”.
There will also be a series of side events before the forum: a meeting of young teachers and researchers of the Republic of Tatarstan; international scientific and methodological seminar “Migrants and school”; introductory seminar on the development of professional competencies of teachers of preschool and primary education at the site of WorldSkills Russia.
