On November 21, KFU professor Roza Valeeva took a part in the skype conference together with Northern (Arctic) Federal University.
The online-conference was a part of the NEFU forum held by Northern (Arctic) Federal University. Professors, educators and practitioners from different universities (Kozma Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University, Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities, National Academy of Education named after Y.Altynsarin) participated in the conference.
Valeeva R. talked in detail about KFU priorities singling out the main ones in enhancing the number of various teacher training courses, attracting promising high school graduates to enter the university, developing and implementing innovative technologies and methods in teacher education, developing teachers’ intercultural competences.
Our StrAU “Teacher-21” was also mentioned as an excellent platform for teacher education. The participants of the conference were particularly interested in the modernization process and praxis of teacher education that is going on at KFU. Valeeva R. shared one of the main priorities within the whole process which is the development of own unified standards on education.
