Institute of psychology and education improved master`s programs drawing on European standards. This academic year, KFU plans to launch new series of training programs on PhD-system, which means that students will receive scientific degree “Doctor of Philosophy”. But first they have to receive bachelor`s degree and master`s degree. Professional inquiry shows that only few employers are willing to hire person who has only bachelor`s degree. According the changes that have been made in the training structure, master`s degree allows to obtain education at a qualitatively new level. The projects of the Institute of psychology and education KFU on StrAU “Teacher of the 21st century” ensure the application of newest training techniques for the professionals within pedagogy and psychology.
