Laptev V., Russian Academy of Education’s representative and scholar, issued a certificate allowing KFU to start a new research center in the Volga Region.
The research centers of that format are established in eight regions of the country, the Volga region is the next one. Laptev pointed out the importance of collaboration between all the centers. One of the key issues discussed was the question of correlation between theory and practice.
